2 Year Warranty
Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of the highest quality. We have a successful relationship with our manufacturers and communication and product testing means an uncompromised product.
Your Kaddy Kid electric golf trolley is warranted against manufacturing defects, faulty materials for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase unless specified in the item description. The charger, battery, battery lead, all wheels and carry bag supplied with are warranted for a 1 year period. Should you have any problems with your item during this period, in many cases it is possible to resolve the problem with replacement parts which will be sent in the post.
In the first year of purchase all parts and labour costs are at our expense. In the first instance problems will be resolved by supplying parts, however, should your trolley need to be returned to us for repair during this period, we will arrange to collect it at your convenience and return it to you free of charge.
In the second year of the warranty period we will arrange for the trolley to be collected and returned for a fixed carriage and administration fee which we will discuss with you prior to any repair. This fee will not exceed 20% of the original purchase price.
During this period, any parts for the trolley (not including battery, charger, battery lead, wheels or carry bag) can be supplied for an administration and P&P fee. Any major failure and the trolley will be collected and repaired to ensure that the warranty continues.
Our trained engineers at our service centre are ready to provide support and repairs if you should require it.
If you encounter a problem please e-mail support@kaddykid.co.uk. In most cases we will be able to solve your problem via e-mail/telephone. If we are unable to resolve the issue then we will arrange to collect the item at your convenience.
Please note that the warranty covers component failure and not wear and tear. Some items may be required to be returned for inspection prior to spare parts being issued.
The following are excluded from the Warranty:
* Accidental damage or misuse
* Immersion in water
* Unauthorised modifications or unauthorised repairs
* The use of non-original parts
The battery, battery bag, charger and carry bag supplied with your Kaddy Kid electric trolley are warranted against manufacturing defects and faulty materials for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
