Q. How long does the battery take to charge?

A. The battery should be charged for a full 12 hours as soon as you can after receiving your Kaddy Kid trolley, after that it will take beetween 6 and 8 hours.

Q. How far will a fully charged battery go?

A. A fully charged battery will cover a full 36 holes but more than this could cause lasting damage.

Q.What can i do to make my battery last longer?

A. Charge the battery as soon as possible after each game even if you only played 9 holes (always within 24hrs), never fully discharge the battery as this can cause lasting damage to the battery, keep the battery off the cold concrete floor when charging if charging in a garage stand the battery on a block to raise off the floor. Always connect the battery to the charger before conecting to the mains, if you switch off the charger at the mains but leave the battery and charger connected to each other, the battery will discharge itself and can cause lasting damage. Always give the battery a top up charge to make sure its full before ever round.

Q. Does my Kaddy Kid trolley need maintainence?

A. It is advisable to keep your trolley in good clean order by wiping down with a damp cloth. Do not pressure wash.

Q. Check all nuts and bolts are tight every few months.

A. Remove the wheels every few months and remove any built up debris.

Q. How long will delivery of my Kaddy Kid trolley take?

A. You will receive your trolley within 72 hours of placing your order, unless you live in the Highlands or Islands in which case this can take a couple of days extra.

Q. What if I chage my mind after ordering?

A. This is no problem but you will incurr all freight costs and an admin charge of £10.00.
